John A. Bausch was admitted to practice before the Kansas and United States courts in 1950 after
receiving his degree from Washburn Law School. Since that time his practice has been primarily
in defending personal injury and workers’ compensation claims; general civil litigation and
appellate practice.
Mr. Bausch served as Municipal Court Judge for the City of Topeka in 1968-69. He was honorary
president of the Topeka Bar Association in 1994-95.
Mr. Bausch is a member of the American, Kansas and Topeka Bar Associations.
