N. Larry Bork graduated from the Creighton University School of Law in 1983. While at Creighton, he served on the moot court board and authored "The Application of Federal Reserved Water Rights to Groundwater in the Western States," 16 Creighton Law Review 781 (1983).
Mr. Bork graduated from Midland Lutheran College in Fremont, Nebraska in 1978, with degrees in biology, natural sciences and secondary education. As a graduate teaching assistant at Kansas State University, he focused on wildlife biology. Mr. Bork was an Adjunct Assistant Professor at Washburn University, teaching civil procedure in the paralegal curriculum from 1986 to 1989.
He was admitted to practice in state and federal courts in Kansas in 1983, Nebraska in 1984 and Missouri in 2008. He was admitted in the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit in 1985 and the United States Supreme Court in 1991, and the United States Court of Federal Claims in 1994. His practice primarily involves medical malpractice, insurance defense litigation and environmental law. He is a member of the Kansas, Nebraska and Topeka Bar Associations, and the Kansas Association of Defense Counsel.
Mr. Bork has served as president of Our Savior's Lutheran Church and has served on the boards of Sunflower Soccer Association, Topeka Public Schools Foundation and Communities in Schools, Topeka Round-Up Club and the Topeka 20-30 Club. He also participated in the Leadership Greater Topeka program.
