He graduated magna cum laude from Washburn University School of Law in 2001 where he was an author of two articles and associate editor of the Washburn Law Journal. Mr. Leadstrom also graduated magna cum laude from Pittsburg State University in 1998.

He co-authored A Practical Guide to HIPAA Privacy Regulation Compliance © 2002 Goodell, Stratton, Edmonds & Palmer, L.L.P.. He has also written articles and presented seminars on numerous health care-related subjects.

Mr. Leadstrom is admitted to practice in: Kansas (2001); U.S. District Court for the District of Kansas (2001); U.S. District Court for the Western District of Missouri (2002); and Missouri (2003).

Mr. Leadstrom is a member of the American, Kansas and Topeka Bar Associations, the Sam A. Crow Inns of Court, the American Health Lawyers Association, the Kansas Association of Defense Counsel, the Defense Research Institute, and the Kansas Association of Hospital Attorneys. He has served as Vice President (2002-2003) and President (2003-2004) of the Topeka Bar Association's Young Lawyers Division.
