Richard J. Raimond

 

Richard J. Raimond is a May 2006 graduate of the University of Kansas School of Law. He graduated from the University of Bristol, England with an honors degree in English and Philosophy in July, 1999.

 

During law school, Mr. Raimond served as "Note and Comment" editor for the University of Kansas Law Review and interned in the Legal Aid Clinic at the Law School in 2005-06. Through a Univesity of Kansas program, he clerked for Judge James O'Hara of the Kansas City Federal District Court 2004-05. He is also the author of The Role of Indefinite Detention in Antiterrorism Legislation, published in the January 2006 Kansas Law Review.

 

Mr. Raimond is admitted to practice in the state and federal courts of Kansas. He joined Goodell, Stratton, Edmonds & Palmer, L.L.P. in the fall of 2006. Mr. Raimond primarily practices in the areas of collections and bankruptcy.
